Hello, I'm Sagar. I’ve been a regular guest at your restaurant even before the renovation, which is why I’m writing this with concern. My recent visit after reopening was quite disappointing. The crispy corn was little fine, but the tandoori platter was served cold, lacked taste, and had an unpleasant odour. The mint chutney also smelled off — I requested a replacement, but it wasn’t attended to.❌ Being associated with the hospitality industry & FSSAI compliance, I’m quite particular about food quality & hygiene, which is why this experience was especially concerning. More importantly, the service was very poor. Despite raising these concerns twice, there was no proper response or resolution from the staff. I'm also from the hospitality industry, I understand that occasional lapses can happen, but this experience did not meet basic service or food quality standards.❌ I would appreciate it if you could look into this seriously and provide a suitable resolution. Thank you.
