OYO 72641 Black Grapes

Ek number ki gatiya room. All the good reviews u see are totally fake. How? At the checkout they make every one to give a 5 star, most of them just do it as they say and don't change it later. Why it is good? Cheap price Why it is bad ? Cheap rooms😂 -Dirty old blankets -Dirty bed and bed sheet 🤮 -Room was painted new but it still looked in bad condition. Staff behaved well. 👍 Saff me se koi ye review pad rahe ho tho suno, har kisi ka phone leke review zabardasti dilvana teek ni hai, acche review chahiye tho room ko acche se maintain Karo.

This is very genuine and real review. We booked room online and reached to reception. One guy enquiried about how much charge we are paying online and was very rude. Bed sheet was filthy , bathroom were very filthy . Actually , We were kind of scared considering the environment in hotel. This hotel is for 1 hour booking not for night stay or family . No facility was provided in hotel like sealed water bottle or soap . Don't go for rating provided by staff or friends . They are fake.

Worst staff I have ever seen. They demand extra money whether you have paid the full amount online. Very poor experience in services also, no water in bathroom. Poor behaviour of staff especially owner. Never ever book this hotel.

Don't book through oyo as they don't consider oyo customer.i had booked through oyo and it costed me Rs.400/- after discount but when reached hotel then they told me we don't take bookings so cheap price and they asked me to pay extra price. Staffs are uncivilized n very rude not safe for families..

Wrost experience with this hotel I booked room with MakeMyTrip and after reached hotel they said to paid more money and they not give me bill of that money.Not is not sanitize and also dirty room. And warm water for bath is also not available this is the wrost experience ever.

Worst experience......never book online. They deny your booking. they cheat you on your bookings, never offer you the rooms shown on online bookings. No cleanliness, no room service, no tv, no heaters, no geysers, no blankets, no intercom facility, no parking for vehicle......don't book here.....don't pay online, they will reject your booking and will ask you to pay in cash at the desk....

I would have given 0 star.I booked it via booking.com when i arrived hotel manager said room not available and you booked online so asked them.When i called customer care and asked for full refund aa i paid 50% online then hotel manager started saying you get refund and i will give you room at cheaper price then online price.Behave was not good even hotel is on 2nd floor and doesn’t look good from outside.

Don't go to this place it is not that good as it has been shown in pictures, I have visited this hotel TV's are not in working condition and staff is also rude
