Myna Tourist Resort

Waited 15 minutes to give order to someone, Nobody is there in restaurant to take order. Waiter was drunk. Not in the condition to talk. Very bad experience.

Rooms have an unpleasant smell and there are insects all over! The rooms are poorly maintained and the staff are very unprofessional!! The manager/head chef is abusive (i and my father witnessed) to their employees as well as the fact that the food prices are high and not of good quality. Disappointing.

Rooms big and spacious. Bathroom needs to be cleaned. And are in dire need of being dusted. Have a small backyard/balcony in every which has a lovely view. Service is very slow and sloppy. Located in the middle of rohtak city, with good access.

Spacious, cool, lovely... Green zone , good food & service.. Guys to explore such places to stay, enjoy all family outings/ vacation.. Much.. Much... Better than any other city hotels ....

I guess its one of the best in Rohtak but a pretty average place. The rooms are large however not maintained. The place is peaceful and location is good. Parking is spacious. In the rooms the paint is coming off, the lamp covers have dust on them, the dustbins are not clean. The service is good only when the hotel and restaurant is mostly empty, even if 10-15 guests come in they politely request you to come downstairs as room service would not be possible. Mr Sandeep was very polite and helpful. The same can be said for almost all other staff as well, however the proactive customer friendly hospitality approach was clearly missing from the rest. I did cancel one day booking which was 3 days after this visit as my trip got cancelled and got to know that the cancellation rules have been changed without any intimation to the customer, old rules are mentioned on the charge slip used for pre booking and even on the notice board. And just like in govt offices you get pushed from one person to another and in the end get a response that if you want the money please come and collect it and that it would come out of our pocket as rules cannot be changed.

Initially I thought it could be bad , but turns out to be really good as my title says. ||Service is really good and staff is ever smiling and courteous. Neat bathrooms and rooms , except they can refurbish it a bit. But again if they refurbish it then it would not come at this rate per night . They have a very clean lawn at the entrance where you can go for a walk or there is a huge garden adjacent to the resort. I would recommend this to my family and friends .

Typical Government guest house in middle of the city, this is my second stay here, the rooms on first floor are big and decent, cannot expect hotel type facilities here. Staff are good and food is decent and served hot as they prepare after you order. there is a good park besides so can have a good walk in morning and evenings, also few sweets shops if you want to have a good eateries.
