I have not received my money i booked through agoda they r saying we don't hav any booking but hotel is showing in agoda but there r lot of holes in that site customer care are not in hindi wale they knew only English or korean but.. Hotel is not bad at last mereko cash hi dene pde

Dont go by the fake reviews mentioned here or be ready to suffer. I made a booking with agoda and paid online. Once i reached there the person sitting at reception said he cannot give the room for the price at which it is booked. Now after 3-4 minutes he demanded 1000 rupees extra for providing the room to which i denied based on experience. I was trying to contact customer care as it comes under no cancellation policy to which the hotel manager said go outside and complain dont stand inside and call. As there are charges for standing inside. Now for a moment i thought May be he is getting some other customer due to which he is behaving like this. Meanwhile a couple came for checkout and questioned him about ac not working the entire night. To which the manager replied we cannot run it for whole night its meant for day use of 1-2 hours. Great i mean see if you really need this hotel. Its D grade hotel my recommendation would be to avoid it rest choice is all yours.

Awesome hotel to visit. And the things that made it marvel are 1) It's easy to reach location. 2) A proper hygiene. 3) It's well behaved and cooperative staff. 4) The food😋😋.. Hotel sky "You made my day"

Worst service, pathetic behavior of staff. I think they are willing to argue with clients and their respective guests arrogantly. Don't ever book this hotel and even Don't suggest to anybody.

Superb Hygiene n hospitality, clean linen, very humble staff behaviour, easy check-in, total worthy... just a perfect n lovely stay. Definitely, will visit again. Thank you team Sky.

It's very good hotel for stay, valuable rooms, Food quality is very good. Destination wise is most suitable for any person. Restaurant is very clean and service is very good. Parking space is good. Staff is very supportive. Restroom is also very good. Staff is very good.
