OYO Hotel Sai Palace

Booked the hotel with oyo. After reaching at the hotel the receptionist said that they had no tie up with oyo for last 6 months. After contacting oyo about the issue i was provided with another hotel but that too approximately 7 km away from hotel sai palace. Since the distance was an issue, their solution wwas to refund the money I had already paid leaving me with no place to be in. Don't book hotels using oyo even with great deals. You will, for sure, get you money back but with no place to stay.

The hotel is situated near old bus stand Rohtak. It is very hard to locate this hotel if you ain't on google maps. The hotel is in the street hence you can't locate it easily. The manager has very less professionalism and is very less empathetic to your concerns. They won't allow bachelors and unmarried couples. The reception area is small and usually vacant. Since the manager runs some shop somewhere. Oyo needs to provide professional managers or atleast train local owners.

Very bad customer service. Owner is very rude to customers. No generator in the hotel, had to stay without electricity for almost 4 hrs. Overall not good experience, not worth recommending.
