Worst staff and dirty room and washroom, waste of money

The hotel has a great locality but the inside presents you altogether a different view. The walls have fungal moulds due to rain water seepage. Most of the walls are shedding paints. There is not staff to help in the night. No one sits at reception after 10pm. The telephone in the room didn't worked at all. Hence room service was poor. Even after repeated calls or shouts no one replied as the main entrance was locked and I had to go out. The basin faucet was also not working. There was no geyser. The towel provided was also not much clean. The only thing that was good was the bed. It was comfy.

Worst experience ever! Worst! Worst! Worst! I forgot my clothes over there and there is something precious and expensive thing in the pocket of my jacket! When I returned back to get my things back! I didn’t found that precious things in that it means it was stollen! Unhygienic rooms, worst staff! Not recommend at all! #Oyo don’t list every hotel!

I had very worst experience with Oyo hotels. I booked a room in Oyo hotel O wish (oyo 30285) in Rohtak. And the Room there was in worst condition. I have never seen this much worst hotel ever in my life. I paid them 599/- rupees via Paytm. And they asked me to shift to hotel NMR Plaza (oyo 75664) where I paid 1014/- rupees to them. The problem here is that I haven't received my 599/- rupees back, which I gave for that cheap hotel.worst experience with Oyo 30285.

Rooms are very good, good experience there. Hotel staff there was very cooperative and helpful well maintained and clean rooms and most important price is not so expensive. Overall very good.👍

Wrost as charges on oyo was not same as on cash. 2nd room quality was not good.
