Hotel The Mirage Palace-Best Hotel Rooms/Banquet/Meeting/Marriage Hall/Restaurant in Rohtak

Hotel had some good points and some bad points. On the positive side, it was located in the center of the city, so it was easy to get around. The food was also very tasty, and I liked the veg thali a lot, except for the rice which was too plain. The deluxe room had all the amenities I needed, like toiletries and shoe shiner, but it was very small. The room service was prompt and courteous. The breakfast buffet had a lot of healthy options as well. The hotel also had a parking space in the basement and a working lift. On the negative side, the room I stayed in had some problems. There was dampness on the walls and the ceiling, and there were stains everywhere. The room didn't look very clean. The geyser was not working, so I couldn't take a hot shower. The cupboard for clothes was clean, but that was about it. I think the hotel should pay more attention to their hygiene and maintenance standards.

This is nice hotel with good connectivity near Rohtak with economic room tariff. The budget friendly rooms are near and clean with basic amenities. However, the wash room is larger with respect to the room size. I have stayed in the club room which was comparatively larger and better than the delux rooms. It has geyser in the washroom and room heater as well in the room. The no. charger points should be improved. The staff behaviour is cordial but needs to be more professional. The food quality is quite good and pocket friendly. Leaf time of serving is also not bad. The elevator is a bit far from the reception which needs to be reached through stairs. Check in and check out could be smoother.the breakfast is good but should be accompanied by more varieties looking at the point of view of different geographic locations.

Pathetic experience. Stayed here for two days. regret for the same. There was no water in the washroom for the whole one day. The geyser was not working they are giving water in buckets like you are on a hill station. Only good thing is there food.

Worst experience ever. Arrange my brother marriage and management is worst. Lift is pathateic. Self service only, waiter does not come at seat. No room service available. Hygiene and cleaning is never consider by them in whole function. We booked for morning to night function but they never clean area. Where groom and bride sits there is no fan or AC. In this hot weather, they bath with there sweat. Big no to this palace

One of Best Hotel in Rohtak. Less parking at hotel but they will arrange for parking nearby if inner space filled. Good food but less quality for room service but buffet is 👍 good. No hunky funky people's all corporate customers. Interior great , rooms good Supportive staff.

We were there for a small gathering for a friend's pre-engagement meeting with the other party. Facilities were good, no complaints related to hygiene, staff was polite, food was good. Didn't use any rooms, but as some renovation was going on in rooms, I went for a check and rooms were looking good. Location is an advantage for the hitel as it's just beside the sukhpura chowk. Also has a basement parking space for around 8-10 cars. Overall recommended for small gatherings, party and meetings. Bigger occasions may not be suitable there due to limited space available. I am not sure if they have spaces other than 2nd & 3rd floor, but the space I qm talking about may not be enough for big gatherings.

Neat and clean rooms. Very much reasonable price and good discount given to corporate workers. Food quality average. It's near new Bus stand side. Nearby local market and street food available, which gives you north indian taste of food. Staff is very much cooperative. Car hire facility also available here.
