Was charged extra for bedding for booking with 3 family members. Confirm with hotel before booking. Worst thing was Bedsheets were awful and had stains. Location is okay. Would recommend only to bachelor males. Don't be fooled by google ratings.

I don’t know what’s wrong with these guys , they have fantastic location and property but they don’t have any interest in running the hotel . Huge staff but no one willing work , at my 3 night stay they didn’t even provide towel I asked for several times

Dirty rooms, bad reception. No cordination doesn't value the intercom calls. Take it for granted. Food item got stolen from the fridge on the ground floor. Pathetic. Bad expirience reception and the behaviour is not acceptable. Will never stay here again and will post the hotel name on twitter with bad reviews. Thank you for making a horrible experience stay Room 401. Even asking for water is a headache Water here is served after 1 hours of calls and reminding them over calls. There is no answer from the staff and no sympathy.

Not hygienic you will dust, stains and even insects small worms in washroom here. But gives affordable rooms but never ever book it via OYO they will not give you room and will have really painful experience. You may pay directly to them Hotel size is good but as mentioned if hygiene is your priority then it's not the best place.

When I was sitting in the room. I changed my clothes the person on the front desk came inside asking for money very unprofessional like I am gonna go without paying. I was sitting in my undergarments. The dressing mirror in the room is broken not a good option to stay in.

Pathetic experience, first of all why there is not any hotel name outside the building , because that’s a bungalow not a hotel , acc to service it’s very costly , staff except one or two rest all are rude , when I asked something they said “aap kitna kam krwa rhe Ho khud kr skate Ho ye Toh aap” wow . I never had such experience. Secondly there is no water in hotel rooms . And last hotel is not safe at all , please shut down this hotel asap. Please it’s not safe for girls especially. Don’t go to this hotel . Very bad experience

It was a great experience . The staff was very well trained and punctual in every service they gave us. The food was good. rooms were hygienic. the view around the hotel is also good. It was a nice stay . Thanks to staff.
