My experience was wonderful to stay here because hotel room was neat and clean. The hotel service was also good and impressive. The location of hotel was very impressive as nature point of view. It was like that to stay and spend time with nature.staff is also friendly Really amazing stay in this property

Very poor hospitality. Staff is non-cooperative but not good for family. They have hidden charges too. Firstly they given us breakfast and bone fire complementary at the time of booking but during checkout they changed for bone fire and denied for any complimentary deal. At night we asked for salad as I was on diet. They gave us 2 raddish 2 carrot and 2 cucumber and charged these items as 6 plate salad. I didn't recommend this place and give only 2 points out of 10.

Do not go to this place.. in our package breakfas n dinner was included and we had mentioned about our meal preferences before hand and they had no problem in tht before we booked the hotel. But when we asked for non veg in dinner the lady told v don't provide non veg food n u wil be charged for tht . During covid times, when everything has to b properly sanitized n hygienic, this room was not cleaned before us checking in. It was dirty and the dustbins were also not cleaned. The lady kept yelling at us when we complained about this. It was a pathetic experience. Water bottles tht were kept in d room were not seal d n they said we filled aaroh water in them. We were travelling with a kid and in covid times when we r expecting hygiene n safety who is goin to drink water from bottles used by different people. When we asked for mineral water there also we were given 1bottle for a family of 5. In short we had to fight n argue for evrything which was promised to us.dont go to this place. It's not at all hospitable and hygienic and family friendly.

i really liked the place , Service with a smile, food was excellent. Room was clean and good for the place. i would recommend this place to all with a smile

Best hotel in Chail in budget and location are very beautiful... Most important it is very good for bonfire with friends with some good music

Great place to stay in Might have to compromise on food though But overall I had a really good experience.

Worst service i have ever seen. That manager lady was rude. We had booked hotel with breakfast and prepaid for that but that rude lady refused to give us breakfast.
