Palace Annexe

Nice royal experience.Lot of greenery and open area to take sun bath and for kids to play.Cricket ground is there where kids can play .The annexe rooms need little maintenance.Food is tasty but little costly.

Awesome Heritage Palace... Perfect view of Nature all around.. Quality eatable items ..... Fresh and spacious Rooms... One must visit and enjoy the nature...

Good place to eat, staff was courteous, food was tasty and views were awesome. They have a bar as well. To stay they showed two rooms didn't seem to be of value for money. Of course if we consider views around it might be something.

If I could give it 0 star I would do it...worst room worst service rude staff not recommended place is so expensive n doesn't even provide breakfast free and all the food on menu is very expensive..rooms are not clean n smells....even the towels in bathroom are smelly...toilet paper weren't changed n even trash wasn't taken out..when asked for fresh water they said it was filled yesterday morning why do u need fresh water n asked them to change glasses ..they never changed it...while booking it stated every room have bath tub but got it only in one when asked where is the bath tub he replied joh hai yehi hai....bathtub water when taken out flooded the whole bathroom .. whenever ased anything from staff they didn't know anything..at night we were told a person will always be there but at 9pm he vanishes n comes in morning..overall very very very bad experience..would not recommend at any cost you will only be wasting your time and money even the room lighting was so low n moreover they have no generator backup..n electricity went out at night n in morning also so gysers won't work and you will have to take bath in cold water n neither do they change towels daily. Rooms weren't cleaned before next guest coming as at dressing table dirty rubberbands were there which means it was never cleaned n dust was there also .

Chail the part of my life's journey. A great and perfect hill station near shimla there is no train connectivity so you have to take a bus from Shimla itself. Amazing view of the hills covered with wildlife, greenery and snow topped trees of some of the longest trees in the world and oldest too. Like great oak trees. ATTRACTIONS-: Military school one of the great institution in the country. Since 1925.. chail palace where the shooting of 3 idiots ..overall great experince.

It's a heritage hotel. The maintenance is avg and service is as per govt owned hotels. Staff is hospitable and food is decent.

Nice place, gives you a royal feel. Wish it was maintained just a little better. A must recommended place to stay in Chail
