This was my second stay at this hotel. I have enjoyed stay here. The location is good. The Hotel has its own restaurant Market is 2km from this hotel. The city is beautiful and full of greenaries. Pros: Location Views Good Room Services but some improvements required Cons: bath accessories parking facilities Restaurant order time extension Food quantity is quite less

Very good hotel .Right on the road. Peace full environment. We stayed for 2 nights along with family..Mr. Dinesh kumar is very polite and helpful person. Good view from family room and deluxe room as they both have separate balcony (-1 from ground level) but nevertheless, you will never felt like you are in basement. Their super deluxe room is on the terrace (+1 from ground level) - They served freshly made food that's why they always takes time to prepare the same. - It's just 4 km away from main chail Market which is good. - They have own parking and restaurant too - Terrace is also major USP of this hotel, our families members spent lots of quality time specially in the evening on terrace where they served good snacks on request. Just three things they need to improve in my point of view.. 1. Restaurant - to avoid any flies. 2. Much more good Housekeeping in hotel. 3. Starting of room service in the morning which was late start at around 7.30am . Rest of all there is no issue with this hotel and its highly recommended.

2 star for hardworking staff and food, otherwise guys the hotel is in its pathetic condition. No cleanliness, you will find big spiders inside the room, dirty washroom and toilet seat and you can't even close your door properly. Check everything before you choose this hotel.

Nice, mid size but good hotel...Nice views are available....Food quality is good... But the room I stayed geyser was not working.... However, as I stayed for one night only it did not bother me...Good place for budget stay

Got there twice in month. First with friends and second time with family and friends. I cancelled my chail palace booking for this place. You can easily understand why I gave them 5 stars.

Hotel with hills view very beautiful veiw from rooms room is okay okay like 2 star property day tarif 1500-3000 depends on availability goibibo partner. From directly hotel you get better price sometime

Good and well built property. Owner and his team of workers is good. Good, neat and clean cosy rooms. Situated on main Chail Kandaghat road 2 kms before Chail market.
