We opted for the balcony view room, and it was the best decision. The room was spacious and super clean. Loved the antique fixtures and overall furniture. The view was lovely. Talking about the food, it was super delicious. We tried some usual dishes, but they were presented and they tasted different (in the best way). The service is top-notch too! Highly recommended hotel! A must must visit!

I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made our experience truly comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms and the peaceful ambiance were particularly appreciated. However, I believe the food service could be improved. While the meals we had were decent, there is room for enhancing the taste and introducing more variety in the menu. A few more local and continental options would be a great addition and enrich the overall dining experience. Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to staying with you again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is peaceful and serene, ideal for those looking to escape the hustle of the main town. However, it is a bit far from the main square — about a 20-minute walk or a short cab ride — so keep that in mind for commuting. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The property also has the convenience of car parking, which was a plus. Their in-house restaurant served delicious food, although the portion sizes could definitely be improved. Overall, a good option if you don’t mind a bit of travel to the main city area and are looking for a peaceful stay with good food and clean accommodation.

Balcony room is worth considering! Great staff and very accommodating. They literally managed to get us roti at 1am even when the kitchen was closed just because we were extremely hungry. This tomato chutney which I liked, chef specially made a bit of portion again for me. It's just over-all the staff is very humble, very considerate and extremely delightful. A must visit place. You're not going to be disappointed at all. It was an incredible experience.

Needs improvement! Located in Bhagsu, this property offers convenient access to Mcleod Ganj, with taxis readily available for commuting. I opted for the half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is served buffet-style, while dinner is based on a fixed menu with limited options. I would recommend choosing à la carte for dinner instead, as the fixed menu in the inclusive plan was underwhelming. The room itself could use some maintenance—especially the bathroom, which wasn't in the best shape. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Cleanliness was also an issue; the headboard was extremely dusty—enough that you could literally write on it with your finger. I’ve attached some photos for reference. One major concern was the lack of warning about monkeys in the area. While we were at breakfast, we left our balcony door open (on the 4th floor), only to return and find the room completely ransacked by monkeys. It would’ve been helpful if staff had mentioned this upon check-in. On a positive note, the receptionist was very polite and friendly. Sanjay at the restaurant was helpful and accommodating, and the staff member who served food in our room was courteous and always had a smile.

Good hospitality. Their terrace (in image) is amazing to just sit and chill with a glass of wine in your hand and enjoy the view. Breakfast is okayish but service is good. Rooms are clean but a bit small. Overall a little expensive for the price of 6k per night.

Had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn Hotel in Bhagsunag! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the rooftop—waking up to the mountains and sipping tea up there was a whole experience in itself. The rooms were spacious, beautifully done, and super comfortable. The food was another pleasant surprise—everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. A special mention to the hospitality and staff—everyone was so warm, helpful, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting McLeod Ganj or Bhagsu and want comfort with a view!

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended at All I, along with 3 other families, stayed at this hotel for 3 days in March 2025, and our experience was extremely disappointing. There was no room service support over the phone – multiple attempts to reach out went unanswered. Food service was very poor – extremely limited variety, and long waiting times even for items that were part of the included buffet. Only one type of roti was served, and they refused to take any orders for other varieties, which was very inconvenient for families with kids. The food quality was below average, especially for the high price charged. We found better food and service
