Manager and all staff are so humble and polite.. best and best hotel service food and everything is best... Morning view is so sunshine... Room no 301.. Must must visit the hotel, all hotel boys are soft in nature and polite...... Total 5 star

At the outset let me mention that this hotel is not at all suitable for family.We sufferred a lot during our stay there.They will subject you to all sort of adjustment to accomodate their big group bookings which looks like their bread and butter.we were two families but were not allotted rooms on same floor.Walkway to our room was through their kitchen, due to faulty cable , intercom was not available throughout our stay.Look of room was no way near to what shown online.As group was comprising youngsters , they were up till late in night which disturbed our sleep.All balconies are interconnected hence anybody can come very close to your window. Giving one star as no option to give 0.

I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. However, the real nightmare began when they had the audacity to ask us to carry our own chairs from the second floor to join the bonfire (which was ended within 15 mins after promising for 1.5 hours) ! That’s right—guests were being asked to transport furniture, something completely unacceptable and absurd. When we politely complained about this ridiculous inconvenience, the situation escalated quickly. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff (Nikhil, calling himself as the manager) became hostile and aggressive. To our shock, he brought few men who were ready to physically confront us, as if we were the ones in the wrong for simply asking for basic service. We felt unsafe and intimidated for the rest of our stay. The entire experience was unsettling, unprofessional, and downright scary. This hotel clearly lacks any sense of customer service and treats their guests with disrespect. If you value your safety and comfort, stay far away from this place.

Very bad experience here. Hotel room was very bad only 1 charging plug was working. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly Food was also not that good Balconies were connected so anyone can come so no privacy Overall even though staff were friendly but its not for couples or family

Food 5/5 Hospitality 5/5 Location 4.5/5 Hot water 5/5 Staff : polite , happy faces and helpful. They provided hot water for drinking too as and when we asked for it. Near to bhakshu nag temple and waterfall

It's a pretty average hotel, some rooms are okay but others aren't worth a thousand bucks. It's also a hike from the main area and cafes.
