It's a very clean Staff is good and cooperative. Very politely they are talking with customer. As a customer I am satisfied with this hotel. Next time I will visit again just because of owner behaviour friendly.

One of the Best budget friendly hotel ! they provide you good clean room with day night hot cold water ! No compromise in food , they serve u delicious food specially non veg !! Staff is so co-operative ! no problem with early and late check in and check out ! worth staying here

I've booked through Oyo and hotel in Mecklodgaj in Himachal Pradesh and the hotel name is RR both the manager and the staff cheated us today we paid for two classic rooms and they have given us totally standard rooms and when we complain to Oyo they also didn't helped us both the manager and Oyo HR manager cheated us very sad please don't trust Oyo and RR Hotel manager n staff -0 rating no parking totally waste of money and peace😭😭😭

If you are looking for the hotel near Bhagsu Temple then RR HEIGHTS is the best one to reside in as it has beautiful scenery. Rooms are soo hygienic & has a good ventilation . Last but not the least GOOD HOSPITALITY 👏
