Hotel Classic Hills

I recently stayed at Hotel classic hill and while the facilities were decent and the location convenient, my overall experience was marred by the cold and dismissive behavior of the manager. From the moment I raised a simple concern at the front desk, the manager (Mr.Deep Viran) attitude was surprisingly unwelcoming. Instead of addressing the issue with professionalism or empathy, they responded with indifference and a clear lack of interest in helping. Their tone was curt, and there was no effort made to understand or resolve the situation in a customer-friendly manner.

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Behavior from Hotel Manager ( Deep viran ) I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was deeply upsetting and cannot go unmentioned. The facilities were decent, and the location was convenient, but all of that was overshadowed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager. We stayed for 3 days in Hotel Classic Hills at Bhagsu Road. It was a good stay and location is very good. Everything is round the corner. Staff was polite and services are also good. Food was average. Overall it was a nice stay without any problem. View from balcony was so good. Thanks to owner Deepak Aggarwal, who is a person of words.

Hotel Classic Hills is the best hotel I have ever experienced. The rooms are airy ,fresh and clean. Mr.Vinit, the manager and all the staff are helping and honest by nature.The Service is excellent. The food is tasty and hygienic. The location of the Hotel is classic which is suitable the name CLASSIC HILLS. I will suggest my friends and relatives for the nice experience of the Hotel. Thanks a lot and best wishes.

Very nice hotel.... comfortable stay..... Thankful to helpful hotel manager Mr.Viren, he is very supportive..... food menu limited but very yummy and hygienic ... specially Chef is very helpful...even he allowed us to make food for our baby in his kitchen...if you are travelling with family this hotel is perfect for you... ample of parking space....Mall road,bhagsu temple and waterfall are at walkable distance....

I visited Dharamahala in June and stayed at Classic hills hotel. I found it very clean and hygenic. Rooms are spacious and full of natural light. My kids are very particular about rooms so it was upto to the mark. Good hospitality by staff. They were very polite and easily aproachable.

The hotel staff was nice, cooperative & helpful..the room was nice with balcony view..the food provided was the best...overall excellent experience...location is also nice..thanks
