they're arguing with costumers, bad experience with staff. It is not eligible for even a single star. Overall bad experience from this hotel. Worst Hotel I found in my life. Receptionist having too much attitude, reception person is full of attitude like a king of Dubai..that is so cheap..

This hotel is in Mcleodgang near bhagsu nag temple and waterfall. Service is excellent. Staff is very friendly and very cooperative. Overall best hotel. I recommended it.
