Hotel OM Palace

Not a quite good place for couples, family and even family Listen first, I know how hotel bookings are done. When you mentioned that the room charge is ₹800 for 2 adults, and we were only 4 people, how can you claim in the email that we booked the room for 2 people and 3 extra people showed up? We were only 4. Then why did you charge an extra ₹800 for 2 people? If you're giving a room to 2 people for ₹800, then you should be charging accordingly. You need to make your policy clear and well-structured instead of blaming others. Every hotel has a standard policy, and it's your responsibility to ensure guests feel comfortable so they recommend your place to others.

I visited Om Palace Hotel today and had made a booking through a third party. I had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults, which is a standard policy in all hotels. However, they charged us extra. The reception staff was not cooperative at all. When we checked into the rooms, they were extremely dirty — there was no cleaning done, the washrooms were filthy, and the bedsheets were very dirty as well. The service was very poor, and the staff behaved rudely. They don’t attend to guests properly. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Not Recommand this due to mention reason Rooms are average, Location is Middle of city with nearest market, No Facility of Hot water for bath, Gizar is available in bathroom but not working. At dinner time he made limited food like one bowl sabji for 10 person ,it finish after 2nd tome make wait 20 25 mnt.

We have given group booking of 20 people to Hotel om Palace they handled it very nicely Rooms were clean and Restaurant was tidy even they provided extra services like bonfire and music

Hotel OM Palace is a centrally located place in Mcleodganj. Joginder is a very warm and nice host. Rooms, food quality both are amazing. The place is best for the value. Highly recommended for travelers in Dharamshala.

Hotel location is nearby Mcleod Chowk, Staff is accomodating. Room accomodation is available at very reasonable price.

Om Palace Dharamshala has been a pleasant experience. The rooms were beautiful and spotless. The only thing that can be improved is their room service. They don't keep any facial tissue in the room, so either you're left with toilet paper , or you have to keep asking housekeeping. Other than that, we had a good time here, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and try to assist you with everything. Overall, it was a great experience. Rooms: The rooms were absolutely delightful. They were clean, spacious, and lovely decor with a spectacular view. All the furniture were well organized and maintained. Food & drinks: In terms of food, the breakfast was good. For a South Asian, the flavors are alright. Most of the items are vegetarian though, however when they saw we were having a bit trouble finishing our meal with only veg items, they were nice enough to provide a non-veg ( chicken) curry. Tea and coffee were alright.
