NillThis is my first experience to write a bad review for any hotel.... 1. rude behaviour of hotel boss + staff. 2. no intercom in room 3. we are 3pax in a room then too they provide amenities for 2pax 4. if any thing u need u have to call on mobile no. And they not inform us. 5 if we call them for any thing they got irritated and reply very rude. This is the important point 6 staff inform us that *reception is closed* by 10 pm and open next morning at 7am After listening this i got shocked Too all tourist u all are Smart WHAT TO DO AND WHAT NOT TO DO

NillOverall stay was good. --Rooms are ok, just need to take care of pesticides I have mentioned below. --Food is good quantity wise, but need a bit of taste improvement --There were few insects in the room so u need to do pesticides which will sort it out. --Location is nearby mcleodganj and Bhagsunag waterFall --Had problem with the wifi as receptionist informed some issue with the line and tv was not working so if u provide amenities you should check it is in working condition

NillGhe access road to the hotel is horrible, secondly the staff here is rude that they blamed us for an already broken door of toilet , and yess the toilets door was broken in half . The food is worst you can get in this cosmos. The blankets are smelly.the tube light is almost about to fall . Cockroach all over the place . If you want to die you can come here and choose this place.

NillThe service of the hotel is very bad, the room service is also not good. When I spoke to the hotel owner on this subject he did not give any response. Even the reservation head did not receive the call. Its cafe service is also not good. Overall no any service is good. I will tell the customer to never stay in this hotel.

NillBad- 1. The toilet was smelling when we entered. 2. They provided one flimsy blanket knowing that temperatures will go sub-zero. They had the audacity to tell us they will charge extra for extra blanket. Although this was waived off later. Better to carry your own blanket if possible. 3. They charge (loot) 500 per room heater, per night and we still spent the night freezing cold. The heaters are of poor quality. (We had a better experience with a room heater in a different hotel with temperature at (-7degrees) and they only charged 300). 4. Bad food, we were forced to have just breakfast here because we had to leave early and we had already paid for the food. 5. Stained towels. Good- Good supply of hot water. Okay- Staff response after lot of followups. Conclusion: Can avoid, I think better hotels will be available at similar price range nearby. The area is packed with hotels.

NillIf you are a carpenter, you should definitely visit this hotel. You would get a lot of work over here, lots of door fixes over here. Please bring some plywood because 1/4 of the door was missing. (And please make sure the door is there, or else they will say you ate half the door in 10 mins just like they said to us) If you are an architect, there is no need to visit here. The architect of this hotel has done a fabulous job in creating the room layout. The toilet designs are fabulously weird. A sink in between wc and shower with a countertop. They also have a kitchen if you would like to cook something in the room. You just need to bring your own stove or kettle, as there are no equipment in here. And yes, I need to appreciate the angular fitting of tubelights. If you are a cook you need to visit here to study the food over here, the food was "meh" just a little salt and the taste was missing. (Note: carry your own glasses, as they don't provide). Ahh, and you could also use the kitchen as I mentioned above. Request to the doctor community, to occupy atleast one room at every point of time, as your service maybe needed anytime. You may find people food poisoned, starving, with hyperthermia, electrically shocked, and many more. The hotel staff is very perticular about timing, they said it is there rest time. I really appreciate people with good schedule. And please keep throat pain pills ready with you, as you may need to shout to call the receptionist from your room without any direct telephone line. Thanks for reading so far. I hope you will be checking all the above points and choosing a good hotel.

NillI had a fantastic stay at Turkish cottage! The hospitality was outstanding—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to key attractions and transport. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of flavors and high-quality ingredients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!
