Hotel Astha Palace

Neat and clean Hotel with cooperative staff. Rooms are quite wide and clean. But there was problem of water tap in the room which was not getting repaired despite over several complaints.

The entrance to hotel is made not in a scientific manner your brake pads will burn out and expert level of driving required for parking. It's really like climbing a ladder. The bathroom flush tank was leaking. Water was coming from inner wall. Don't expect anything basic like toothpaste and brush. They have changed the towels only after we asked them.

Worst services. No privacy at room. Buffet food is limited. Rude behavior by staff and threatens to checkout early. No view at all. Sanitation is really bad. Construction mud inside all the rooms. Intercom doesnt work. Tiles lying inside room. Broken tap.

Had a pleasant stay during October 2018. Paid 1k per room per day (stayed totally 3 days). Location is good - near to Bhagsunag temple. Walk able distance to main square (20 mins) Room service available, also can order food near reception area

Worst hotel ever visited. Felt like i was staying in slum area(dharavi). Rooms in dharavi are better than astha palace. No cleanliness. Condition of the rooms was worst. Manager( illiterate) was very rude and arrogant. Threatened us to checkout at 12in the midnight Just because we were having fun.

Worst food. Behaviour of the desk manager is poor but rest members are good. Rooms are not cleaned and maintenance is bad.

Worst experience, getting food that animals also can't eat, condition of room is like hell but the staff members are good.....owner need to look into this..

Worst Staff Service. No basic amenities. Staff talks rudely. Threatened us to check out at 12 midnight. Also they charged us for hot water in December.
