Vikrant Hotel and Restaurant

Good hotel, good view, just opposite to parking. things they need to improve this the mattresses on the bed they are very uncomfortable and most important most of the items on the menu are unavailable. Apart from that nice manager nice staff very much polite. parking is not available if you book hotel rooms so you have to pay separate for the car parking.

Manager Anil is extremely non cooperative. I have travelled frequently sincs years, but found this hotel as worst for even basic services like toilet, geyser, food. Blanket and bedsheets stink a lot. Bad smell. Manager is the worst thing happened to this hotel, he will loot you for everything.

Worst hotel I ever came across. We stayed here just for a day and that day became a nightmare for us (8th Feb 2021). Even for basic amenities like electricity, mattresses, drinking water, etc. we had to ask them again and again. Further, just after one of us took shower, water stopped and they said sorry now there will be no water. Will send buckets and you may use, finally I took bath with cold water and in dark because there was no electricity. They are frauds as they even took the room rent even before we checked in. My suggestion, never every stay at this horrible place.

Horrible experience. Went to Dharamsala on a whim and was left without a hotel when my prior booking at a different hotel didn't work out. Noticed hotel vikrant and decided to stay as I had a small child with me and it was late. The room that was given to us was quaint and can't complain about what I got for the price. However, it was extremely cold and the heater that was brought to us (for an added cost) was small and didn't give off any heat. The bathroom was small, but the problem was that the geyser didn't not work so the water was cold and the toilet would leak water every time you flushed it. When management was told about this, they came to take a look and said that they were "booked for the night" and they would give us a different room in the morning to let us use the bathroom. They were extremely unhelpful, as when roaming the floors there was many room's open and not in use at all. There was also no point in giving us another room in the morning, as we were going to check out early anyways. For a hotel that had good reviews, this was not what I was expecting at all. Please, stay away from this hotel!!

I have visiting this place first time with my loved wife but quality of rooms was not up to mark as I found dirty bedsheets,blankets and even TV is not working properly. Washrooms was not cleaned and blankets carrying some mosquitoes also,even we were demanding for mosquitoes killer then they refused to provide us...even in morning we have seen, when we ordered for tea thn he was not having a serving tray and any thermas...that was so cheap.. Bad Experience over all never ever come this hotel again in my life

They charge very much for a very moist and untidy room. The floor is moist and sticky. The food is ok. There's no cells in tv remote. Needs very much improvement. Only the balcony is plus point there.

The worst experience of a lifetime. Service is poor, mattresses were left out of the room for us to setup ourselves. Asked for an extra pillow, didn't get any. Room service is lathargic. Only the reception man had the sense to talk. Never coming back here. 🙏

It is located at bhagsu nag in front of main taxi stand, easy to locate. The hotel has become old now, and is need of a renovation. It has 6 rooms in three floors each with a restaurant in the ground floor. The view from the front balcony situated at all the floors is very good.
