OYO 35580 Triund Regency

Who so ever is putting blame on the TRIUND Regency at Bhagsunag let me tell all one thing clear I was the first guest to be given the room in the hotel, this place is only 5mts of the taxi stand, got Snooker and Billiard table, facility of Wi-Fi, Hot water in late night from Solar, Open Restaurant, House keeping and Room service is Marvelous. Waiters are always ready for the orders Manager of the hotel Mr Vinod is Excellent voice is just like bee but service is faster than Cheetah. Keep up the good work team.

This is the worst hotel in Mcloedganj. They are fraud and OYO must take action against them. My brother booked it in May19 through Oyo. But when he reached the hotel, the Manager denied to provide the room for stay, even after prebooking. At the same time this incident was also happened with another family. This hotel and Manaement is FRAUD. Worst service by OYO. Shame on you OYO and hote lTriund Regency, Mcloedganj.

Poor service. The manager played Ludo instead of addressing our concerns. The hotel visitors were good enough to help us out with parking.
