HSI is a perfect place if you're looking for a budget-friendly and peaceful stay with your friends. The staff is polite and friendly. The service is amazing. Really loved the hygiene. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained.||Highly recommended. Surely gonna make it our stay if I ever visit Bhagsunag again.

Great staff, the view was incredible, was here with friends. The service staff was incredibly helpful plus the the view was also good. Food was delicious, loved the parantha. The room and bathroom was clean. Overall a great place to stay. Loved it.

2nd floor balcony view was gr8. Breakfast & lunch in price of Rs 9000 for 2 days. The food crew were gr8 & offered a decent fare with mineral water provided.Room was neat, clean with fan but no A/C. Close to Bhagsu. Hired an Auto for Rs 500 to take us to Gallu temple to start the Triund trek(highly recommend).When u get there with suitcases, go to the reception & hv them help u carry the luggage to the hotel. Only complaint - could not pay with my International credit card & had to discuss for a long time before letting me pay with an Indian debit card.

A very good hotel for a large group of people. They have a lot of rooms (including triple bed rooms). They can arrange for a buffet on request and are accomodating towards your food preferences (veg, non veg, jain). It's also quite near the market if you want to satisfy your shopping or street food cravings. If you're in a bus, you need to call the hotel to make taxi arrangements as the bus cannot travel to the hotel.

Good service and rooms, location is a bit inside and away from main McLeod Ganj. Staff is very helpful and considerate.

I rate my stay here very well. The food is delicious. There is a lift, super service and if something is missing everyone responds immediately. The facility is clean and quiet. I recommend. I recommend Hotel Shivani.Best regards for waiter Suredz

Hospitality was good.hotel location was good.Overall experience was good.Terrace was small but view from there was beautiful.One can sit there and enjoy the weather and beautiful mountain view. |Little more can be done towards cleanliness of rooms. Food was average.
