Itv has very good location right in the heart of dharamshal but except that there are very few things you can really appreciate the property for. Very lowly maintained rooms with rusted surfaces, the balcony was dusty and dirty, the outdoor chairs had open ends, the hand facet was broken, the bedsheet had holes, the water kettle had rust stains, we got toiletries after asking for it, we were charged for water without informing us in prior. The rooms are really spacious and big that's the point they boost on only.

Bedsheets cover were dirty and smell of (Damp)sealen were coming all around.Won’t recommend if u are travelling with family and with kids. Room no was 202. One most important thing was outside window glasses were risky and no protection was their i.e some jali or grill to hold on. It is very risky if u are travelling with kids.

Location superb, bang at the point. That's all about this hotel. Apart, from that, the service needs to improve a lot. The product is new but they need to maintain the same. The staff is untrained. You ask for Tea, they bring it without a spoon. ||I hope to have better things at this place.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel on 20th May, and I'd like to share my thoughts to guide others considering a stay here: Pros: The hotel boasts an excellent location right in the heart of the city, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, having prominent food chains like KFC, Pizza Hut, and various Indian cuisine options next door in a mall with a theater adds to the convenience.  Free car parking for approximately 6-7 cars, is available. Furthermore, the staff members were pleasant and cooperative, ensuring a hassle-free check-in and check-out process. Cons: Despite its advantageous location and friendly staff, my experience at this hotel was marred by several issues. The property appears to be in dire need of maintenance, as almost everything within the hotel requires attention. During my stay in the deluxe room with a balcony, The Cooling was poor as if I stayed in Air cooled room rather than Air conditioned room and scorching weather was outside, leading to discomfort and disturbed sleep. Additionally, the balcony itself was disappointingly dirty, giving the impression that it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The interior of the room was outfitted with low-quality materials, and the linens, pillow covers, and towels provided were visibly worn, stained and not changed, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness and upkeep. The towels were as if being used since many yrs and no traces of fur was left. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of my stay was the malfunctioning overhead shower, forcing me to make do with the hand shower, which offered minimal water pressure. This oversight, coupled with the absence of pressure pumps, significantly detracted from the overall experience. In summary, while the hotel's prime location and accommodating staff are commendable, the evident neglect of maintenance and cleanliness detracts from its appeal. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others.

I did not stay in the hotel but just had some lunch. The property is good but maintainance is very poor. The vessel in which Dal was served was very dirty. Rates were high. Hardly anybody was seen around. Washroom was not functional. Window panes were dirty. Lift was also not very clean. Floor tiles were dirty, bird droppings could be seen on the furniture in the resturant. Location wise it's close to Maxima Mall and the Bus Stand.

Suggest stay away from this place. They are crooks. 2 of my friends and I made a booking for March 2024 . On the same day I received an email confirming that the hotel has changed my stay dates. When I spoke to Expedia they said they changed their minimum stay from 2 to 5 nights, completely random and my booking was non refundable but thankfully Expedia understood the problem and I got my money back. The same hotel send email to my other two friends asking for 50% deposit which one of my friends sadly paid and now they are not refunding him and saying don’t pick up the phone. They booked via booking.com. The hotel seems to have an opportunist bent of mind to earn extra money which I understand but deceiving clients is unacceptable. My other friend simply cancelled the booking as he realised something was wrong. ||Best stay away…

Very nice Rooms, Valley and Snow mountains views are amazing from rooms. The food is average and overpriced. Recommended for Stay with Family and kids, also Couple friendly Hotel
