I recently stayed at this hotel with my husband for 4 nights and 5 days, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a comfortable stay. I was sick, they provided me medicine. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy, homely atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The location is also ideal, with convenient access to local Dharamkot market, cafes, and it will also make easy to explore both Dharamkot and McLeod Ganj. Despite being centrally located, the hotel offers a peaceful ambiance that’s perfect for relaxation. Overall, this hotel is a gem for anyone looking for a home-away-from-home experience. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking top-notch service, comfort, and a convenient location. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had an memorable Stay at Hotel Cloud Chat... We were 8 Couples from Amritsar. .. Everyone praised this Property... It's an beautiful 3 or 4 Star Property n full Value for money... Gr8 View from our Premier Deluxe Rooms at first floor... Rooms n Bathroom is very nice... Gr8 Service by the Whole staff. In the last, I must say, Chef Abhi or Abhinav is master in his field... He made n served delicious food for all three days... Will not forget specially his super awesome Mutton Curry or Rogan Josh for many years. Wifi is bit slow 😊 Highly recommended this Property

Only one name for us for Best service by. (Raj Kumar ji )and food was delicious yummy, but it is bit masala kind Those people who are craving of masala food can have this and everything is fresh. Location is awesome and facility is clean. I really recommend this place for peace ,surreal views with family stay .thank you Rajkumar ji once again .

Stayed at Cloud Chat for 2 nights and I'm really satisfied with my stay. Rooms are spacious and clean with all amenities. Staff is hospitable and polite. The location of the hotel is really nice,every room has a view and it is away from the hustle bustle of Mall road. Food is fantastic, we ordered twice from in room dining and it was pretty good. I just feel that the hotel should start breakfast buffet, rest everything is upto the mark.

!!!!SCAM ALERT, Despite having received a confirmation email for our reservation and paid full amount at Cloud Chat in Dharamkot, Himachal Pradesh, from June 20th to June 23rd, we were dismayed to learn upon arrival that the hotel declined to provide us with the check-in, as the property had reached full occupancy through offline bookings. Our group comprised 10 individuals, including 3 children (below 5 years of age), and we found ourselves stranded in a remote area without access to transportation, frantically seeking alternative accommodations. This situation is wholly unacceptable.

I stayed here one night after a moving from a nightmare home stay and was received with such a warm welcome from the man at reception. He brought me water and hot tea and was so accommodating and welcoming. The room was so clean and room service was delicious. All of the staff was so helpful and welcoming, I will definitely be staying here next time I pass through Dharamkot

I stayed at Hotel Cloud Chat for 11 nights because I wanted to stay somewhere with an amazing view and big windows so I can see the view from my bed. There is also a private balcony where I sat and drank chai whilst listening to the birds singing and the sounds of Dharamkot. It's very peaceful here and not too far from anything nestled within the trees so I felt the nature around me. The rooms are super clean and modern with a beautiful decor. The bathrooms are also beautiful and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful, just ask and they will do their best to accommodate. It's an upgrade from most everything around if you want to stay somewhere plush and with very comfortable large beds. Also WIFI connection was excellent. Highly recommended!
