This property is value for money. You will get great view from the terrace garden cafe.....food is also good. Rooms are clean and service is also good. We enjoyed our stay in this property. It's 10min walk to the nearby market. Our kids enjoyed a lot. It is serene and peaceful. Definately visiting again soon

Great service, polite staff, amazing view from the terrace garden. Food was similar to home made food. The ambience is very comfortable, chill and silent. Perfect for a getaway vacation in the peaceful and scenic dharamshala. Thanks for the great memories!

This is NOT a regular hotel. It is just a guest house built on the top floor of a house... so don't expect a hotel-like service. We visited off season so they upgraded the room but we still faced a few issues : - One has to climb 20-30 stairs to reach the top floor (hotel) of the house. Thus could be an issue for weak hearted/ pregnant/ old people. - The room had seepage issues and thus had a very bad smell - The tv was malfunctioning. When complained, they fixed it with only 1 channel - My daughter saw a baby snake within the blanket which later vanished (probably under the bed). We were terrorized and asked them to change the room but they refused to do so and thus, forced us to sleep with the snake. Such a traumatic experience of our lives - Poor quality food but high prices like a regular hotel. They even charged 80 rupees for an onion provided with lunch. I would recommend looking for other professional hotels than this guest house

Visited in May 2024. The hotel is a 10 room property managed by a couple. The owner is very helpful. The rooms and washrooms are clean. Food is okay but no complaints. The best part is the terrace, you wont get bored of it and one can spend the entire day sitting there and sipping coffee. If you are visiting in cricket season then you can also enjoy the match on the projector which they have set up on the terrace. The place is also pet friendly. Parking is outside on the road.

Dear Readers/ Travellers, I was travelling solo to take an entrance exam at Dharamshala. A good and comfortable stay is what everybody looks for and I was really fortunate to visit The Panda Hotel. The host of the place Mr. Abhishek, is simply great. He lives with his family. His dog Austin is really lovely. A good stay is not just about a room but also the host who is there to help you and provide you with all the facilities throughout your stay. I think The Pandas fulfill that criteria perfectly. The location of the place is really perfect. It's near the main market. The place is quite calm and peaceful. The views of the Mountains is beautiful. You can actually have your meal looking at a good view. The food is really great. They have a lot of variety ranging from Indian to Chinese at a reasonable price. The taste is really good and the service is prompt. The rooms are clean. The washrooms are quite good and clean with the facility of both cold and hot water as per your convenience. The staff members (Ishan and Nitin) are really great. Ishan was very humble, polite and well spoken. Will help you with all the facilities and provide prompt service. Mr Abhishek is a great host since is he is formally trained in Hospitality services from abroad. Your stay will be absolutely comfortable and peace no matter whether you are traveling solo, as a couple or in a group. Hope this review helps. You can definitely try this place without a second thought and I am sure you will definitely cherish your decision. Thank you. 🌹

I am writing a review for first time.Very well Maintained place. From the outside you cannot imagine what it looks from inside. Liked the services. It’s Boutique property. Gives you a valley view from rooms and cafe. Food and Staff is good.

Beautiful property with a view of the hills.The rooms are comfortable.They have a terrace garden which is very maintained. Location is good everything is walking distance like the local market and skyway. Thank you to owners, very interactive and guides you . staff is helpful

Its a great idea to stay at panda. Staff is very friendly,terrance garden is well maintained, rooms with valley views,food and hospitality is top notch.. everyone in my family had great time. Superb experience, moreover everything is on walking distance..
