HOTEL BLISS VALLEY

Good hotel in dharamshala. The bus stand is at 10 mins walk. Interiors are outdated worn out. Towels smell like bleach and bit rough. Bathroom were okay. There is a new management from Jan and that deedi is really nice and friendly. She is local and can help you with anything. The only problem is getting transportation from this hotel if you dont have vehicle. The breakfast was pretty basic & average. The view from my room was to die for .. amazing sunrise and sunset.

Awesome experience! Probably the Best rooms in Dharamshala & Mcleodganj. The location may seem to be off but its worth it when you get the view of whole city and the stadium from the big window room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good as well. Overall a great experience 👍

Disappointing Experience - Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff** I recently booked two deluxe rooms with a balcony at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited a laid-back attitude, which set a negative tone for our stay. In the evening, we ordered dinner around 8 PM, as my mother has health issues and needs to eat on time. However, it took nearly two hours for the hotel to prepare a simple meal. When the food finally arrived at 10 PM, one of the curries was missing. I called the reception to address the issue, but instead of receiving an apology or resolution, the staff member I spoke with (Promod) responded rudely and dismissively. He didn’t even apologize for the mistake, claiming it wasn’t his fault and showing no willingness to rectify the situation. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service. It’s clear that this hotel does not prioritize guest satisfaction, nor do they know how to handle customer feedback or resolve issues effectively. I would strongly advise anyone planning to stay with their families to reconsider this hotel, as they failed to meet even basic expectations of service and courtesy.

Really lovely place to stay. Best place I have ever stayed. Lovely people and really supportive staff. Ms. Suresh Kumari Ji is so prompt and so helpful with everything, she handles everything seamlessly. Many many special thanks and regards to Mr. Ravi Bhatnagar Ji who really guided us to the dot during our stay here.

Everything was good. View from the room is excellent. Near to the market. They have lot of variety in breakfast option. Food was okay.

Great hospitality, amazing service, good staff behaviour. The hotel staff is quite friendly and would share information with guests about the location and stuff. Totally recommend this hotel for a fabulous stay in Dharamshala.

We had an amazing 2-day stay at Bliss Valley in Dharamshala! The arrangements made by Mr. Avanish and Mr.Ravi were top-notch, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service. The taxi pickup and drop was seamless, and we had no issues navigating the local area. The drivers and hotel staff were all very cooperative and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Bliss Valley -Dharamshala to anyone looking for a family-friendly stay in Dharamshala. The location, amenities, and service were all excellent, and we can't wait to go back!
