FabHotel Nature Peace - Hotel in Mcleod Ganj, Dharamshala

The hotel room was not only comfortable and clean but also exuded a welcoming ambiance. The decor was tastefully done, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Firstly, the entire hotel is stinking of stale air as rooms etc. are not cleaned properly. The linen is smelly. The furniture in the room needs to be painted. There are no toiletries in the toilet. We were not even provided with glasses for drinking water. We were told that kitchen was non functional and closed and we would have to make arrangements for food on our own. The previous occupants of my room must have broken glass bottles in the room and when I sat on the bed after checking in, one glass piece cut my finger and bleeding started. Hospitality wise I will give a big zero as the owner there was more interested in getting money deposited immediately than providing any amenities. I checked into the hotel on 15th June 2023 and checked out the same afternoon after having spent more than Rs.5300/- that I had payed in advance to Fabhotel. When I complained to the Fabhotel customer care they told me to click photos and send them as proof as if I am employed by them to do their job and had not gone there to enjoy my holidays. I checked into another property at Naddi immediately that offered me 10times better accommodation at a lesser price that I paid for Fabhotel Nature Peace. Guys Fabhotel is just a fab and nothing else. Had they done their job, I wouldn't have been harassed and lost money. They don't care. Book any other property instead.

The staff of the hotel was very friendly and made our stay comfortable. The food and services were excellent.
