Hotel Mirage Grand

The room we got had no view of the hills or the valley. It was very cold in the room. The single room heater we were given (for a price) hardly served the purpose. The single glaze windows hardly kept the cold out and the gaps in the window frame allowed a cold draft to blow into the room. The one hotel staff that we saw during the 24 hours we stayed there was very friendly and helpful. While the room and bathroom were reasonable neat the corridor could do with some sprucing up. The hotel is definitely not good enough for staying during the winter months.

This hotel is very close to Dal Lake, surrounded by greenery. It’s a peaceful place, and the staff is good and cooperative. I have a three-year-old baby, and if I request food to be prepared according to my baby's needs, they accommodate it

It was a very wonderful experience staying at the Mirage Grand Hotel. The location is extremely beautiful and peaceful right near the Dal lake and also has a waterfall passing by very close . The voice from the waterfall the whole day made it a very serene and soulful experience for us. The food and room service was very nice and at very affordable rates . Very delicious and tasty food was instantly available. The staff was very nice and helpful and guided us in the best way possible. I would definitely like to recommend this place to others .😊

Very nice hotel, located near dal lake quiet place, as the rooms are on the mountain side. The mountain view, especially at sunset, is amazing. The staff are really nice and helpful at all times and at all times. Highly recommended!
