It’s really a lovely, little, peaceful place like home. Location is excellent with chirping of birds,greenery and unprecedented view of sunset from the terrace of this homestay.Hosts are very cordial. I am highly impressed with their cleanliness and maintenance of this property. Being a solo traveller, i was little bit worried about safety and security.Please never worry about that in this property. I recommend this if you prefer tranquility & serenity in lap of nature.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Himalayan Home Stay in Naddi, Dharamshala, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The property itself is well-maintained and beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and nature. The staff at the homestay were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The cleaning services were impeccable, ensuring that our rooms were always spotless. I highly recommend Himalayan Home Stay to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Dharamshala. It’s a perfect getaway for anyone seeking tranquility and excellent service. Clean and well maintained rooms with a good view in a silent neighbourhood. Host and team is really kind, helpful and sincere. Home cooked food available too. Close to where DIFF takes place.

My wife and I stayed in this charming place for 2 nights i.e. 26/05/2024 to 28/05/2024. The home-stay is located close to Naddi view point and is walking distance from Dal Lake. Slightly off-road nature of its location means the occupants of this property are insulated from the noise and commotion of the traffic on Naddi main road. The room in which we stayed was spacious, equipped with good furniture and decent kitchenette, and the bathroom was clean and entirely usable. The WiFi connection and smart TV were very handy during our stay. Importantly, the view of the town and the mountain ranges from the balcony is something that stood out. One nitpick – the placement of the ceiling fan which was far away from the bed caused some discomfort. During summer season, it would have been preferred to have an additional pedestal fan in the room to get relief from the heat. Special mention to the staff and the owners – Mr. Rajinder Singh and his wife – who were very kind and hospitable hosts. The tasty yet salubrious home-cooked food by Mrs. Singh was a life saver, considering veg-only outlets in McleodGanj were very few and far between. Although no dedicated parking space was available, the Mr. Singh did help us park our car in a make-shift spot, which could accommodate at most one 4-wheeler vehicle. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze. At 1260 INR per night, a highly recommended place for budget conscious travelers to Mcleodganj. They have different price options for long-staying guests too.

Superb location and view. The nice and friendly host. This place will let you the world leave behind and serenity is worth appreciating. I love this place and the accommodation. Rooms are big and the owner supplies amazing food. We will visit again.

The property is more than a paradise on earth with mesmerizing view .You can enjoy morning sunset and chirping of birds. The owner and the staff is really hospitable. The food served is fresh and home made on reasonable price. The ambience of the room is beautiful with neat bedding and crisp clean washrooms . Throughly enjoyed and will surely visit again.

It is writely said that homestay is a home away from home and that it what it was at Naddi, Himalaya Homestay. A place with gorgeous landscape and lush green fields with wonderful sunrise and sunset. And home made food and hosts like the owner Rajendra Ji, his wife Anjubala ji as well as the two wonderful kids Aarshit and Aarhita. Thank you so much for the lovely hospitality. We are definitely coming back again when their is snow fall. It is recommended for all family & solo. We stayed from 27 to 29 December 2023

We loved this place! The staff are all lovely. We ate the home cooked food everyday, it was great tasting at great prices! The view from your bed is really lovely too. It is up in Naddi so out of the craziness of Mcleodganj which we much preferred. You can get local buses down to Dharamshala (not that frequent) or get to the Mcleodganj jeep stand for 180INR in tuktuk, then buses or shared jeeps are 20pp. The walls are a little thin, so take earplugs if you want to sleep in past 7:30!
