Hotel Upper City Heart

A nice stay in a peaceful place.room service is very attentive.hotel staffs are also very cooperative.we enjoyed a lot.

We ate at their restaurant and had a BAD experience. The veg soup had no veg, only poorly cooked peas. The main course had hair in it. The waiter watched me pull the disgusting hair out of my mouth as I began eating. He came to the table right away, but then refused to help when we said take the food back. The waiter then demanded money for the food we did not eat. Horrible experience, unclean restaurant, and disgusting food. STAY AWAY

We just went there for dinner tonight. Food was very bad. The butter chicken was barely edible. Chicken wasn't properly cooked, very small boney pieces and watery gravy. The chicken chowmin had almost no chicken at all and was dripping with oil and tasted so so so bad. Rotis were good. But even the cold drinks weren't cold. The staff was polite but overall, I don't think one should go there to eat.

I was reccomended city heart restaurant by my cab driver. The food tasted average but I fell sick the next day with a stomach upset. Perhaps it's fine for locals but not for those with sensitive stomachs who arene used to the local bacteria The place looked clean though and the service was friendly

Its a new property so you will see best rooms , stayed there for 04 days , rooms were good , food was awesome , ser , if you wanna enjoy go with full family. , staff is always ready to help ,what else you need on a trip , just recommend to all , who all are nature lovers must visit for once . Mr Gaurav ( owner ) is a very nice person
