i cancel my trip due to my surgery...booking this hotel....but while cancel this hotel they don:t pay my booking amount after deducted ...even they dont received my call... bad behavior vinod ji and ajay ji... recomended not book this hotel but i got amount from dalhousi and amritsar hotel after deducted amount booking amount rs 2000 per day they told me refund rs. 1500...but not given... bad bad really bad

The location of the Hotel is very near around 400 meters to Sun Set point. Reception is decorated very well. Check-in was very easy and nice. Every floor has wall to wall carpet. Rooms had a fantastic snow covered mountains view. Room service was best washrooms were very clean and also had very well maintained mirrors. I enjoyed my stay here and recomend this hotel to everyone.

The stay in hotel crest inn was awesome due to the scenic view of mountain from a big and wide balcony right from 5 am. The service provided was quick and good. The hotel rooms were exactly same as shown in Google photos.

My stay at Snowcrest Inn in McLeod Ganj, Naddi , with its breathtaking view of the mighty Dhauladhar mountains, was an experience beyond compare. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning view of the Dhauladhar range from our room's balcony. Waking up to the sight of snow-capped peaks bathed in golden sunlight was nothing short of magical. It was a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I found myself lost in the beauty of nature every moment spent there. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Vinod Tiwari, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. Their genuine care and attentiveness were evident in every detail, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions to explore. Their dedication to providing exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious food served at the hotel. This hotel is simply wonderful! The rooms are comfy, and the view is breathtaking. The staffs are super friendly and they took care of all our demands and requests.The whole atmosphere feels like a cozy mountain retreat. Best part of this hotel is the location. You can simply enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the balcony itself. A big shoutout to Vinod Ji who was a super host, he himself recommended many other places & temples to cover which were marvellous. He even arranged a taxi for us in a nominal price. Perfect spot for a chill getaway!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in mountains. The rooms were very clean and the food was amazing. The Staffs are very kind and helped us in every way possible. You will experience the most beautiful sunrise and sunset from the balconies. Thank u mr Vinod sir thank you Manoj bhaiya 🙏

Main key point of this hotel is location. views from balcony as well as room was awesome. We had stayed three days. Room was good. Bathroom was clean. Food quality of the hotel was good. They always served hot food. Staff's was well behaved and cordial.
