Hotel Lhasa Norling

We r group of 12 senior persons visited this place. He trated warmely & heart full manner. Rooms r also fresh. Clen hot water here. Nice food. Good location.

Awesome place to stay as well as the they served is wonderful. All of staff behave is awesome. I like to give it a 10 star, which isn't available but all together it's nothing but the best place to stay AT kaza.👌👌👌👌

Month of visit : September '22 Family of 4 adults Pros: 1. The rooms are newly built. 2. The staff is very accommodating and serve to please the guests. The food is terrific (courtesy their chef Manoj) and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary restrictions. Cons: 1. Flies - since winters were a bit delayed, there were flies everywhere in the town. However, the hotel could have better prepared the rooms for our arrival and sprayed to ensure we don't check-in to a room full of flies, meanwhile making us aware of the situation. There were flies in the kitchen, all over the food - can't be a healthy environment for anyone ! 2. The bathroom was dirty - there were cigarette butts and hair in the drain and used soap in the dish. The hotel staff did make amends for both the flies and bathroom situation by providing us a room upgrade, which was free of flies atleast for a day and the bathroom was clean. 3. As others have noted - there was constant traffic and construction noise all throughout the day.

I stayed here during my visit to Kaza. This is in the new Kaza side and I highly do not recommend this hotel! The hotel staff do not know how to manage the hotel and for everything you ask for either doesn’t work or is out of service. We asked for room heater and he charged us 500 per day, however 2-3 hours using it and we dint see anything working so asked them to inspect. They say this is the best it works and they cannot do anything as voltage is low. Highly stupid answers and no solution. We asked for extra pillow and they dint have that as well. Staff is not trained to handle guests

Mismanaged by bunch of youths. The room had fine view. Food was very bad and pathetic attitude of staffs dint help. Not recommended at all.
