Dedhen retreat

Stayed at this place for 2 days. Nice clean rooms, big washrooms. Loved the dinning area, it had a vibe plus the decor was very soothing. The staff was helpful and gave us warm water whenever we asked for it. Food was good and had options for veg and non veg.

Cozy rooms and the bathrooms had geysers. Hotel staff were helpful. We arrived by car, parking is an issue there. Decent food. We visited last month, and the hotel was undergoing renovation. Overall a good stay.

We were a group of 6 who stayed at Hotel Dehden Retreat in mid Jun 2022. The service was fantastic, the food was simple and delicious & the staff was very courteous and helpful. The day we arrived in Kaza, we were delayed significantly and reached the hotel only post 8pm. Initially we just had two triple rooms booked but after an arduous back-breaking journey from Manali, we were hoping to find an extra room for all of us to relax leisurely. Mr Pramesh at the hotel was able to help us get the third room & inspite of it being a last minute request, did not use it as an opportunity to make an extra buck. He charged us a very nominal rate. There were some issues with the geysers in the bathrooms initially but the staff was very prompt in resolving it and ensured that the overall experience wasnt impacted. Good stay, great food & excellent service overall! Keep it up, Pramesh & team!

Very poor service. Very poor food. Tea and milk were extremely pathetic so we decided not to have breakfast and dinner there. They claim to be one of the oldest hotel chains and though the hotel is newly built and decent in construction but the facilities especially hot water is not up to the mark. Geysers don’t work when required due to power cuts and no solar or gas geysers are there. We suffered a lot with water problem. The water tanks got emptied in the night and in the morning we were struggling to go to washrooms. Finally had to leave the hotel without even brushing our teeth.

Nice hotel at cheap rate.. big room and restaurant. Mainly location is good and quite peaceful place. We stayed here for one night. The staffes are cooperative and polite. You will get water kettle, shop, shampoo, hot water here. Its also very near from Kaza monastery. Recommended

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Dehden Retreat.We stayed here for 3days, The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating and checked us in without any prior bookings. The food was good and tasty.Highly recommended

Cozy stay. Geysers available. Good food. Water kettle available. Charged 3700/- per room for two people for one night stay including dinner and breakfast.
