The service is TERRIBLE! The manager behaves very rudely. He even tried to convince me to book offline with him. The bathroom had a cracked tile on the wall hanging out. It got scuffed with my very expensive jacket and completely ripped it off making it absolutely unusable. The manager, instead of merely acknowledging the bad state of the room, gave me the advise to walk properly and carefully !!!! I see a lot of negative reviews about the service and the sheer audacity of the hotel replying 'Thank You' to such reviews shows their carefree and shameless attitude. The room and location is good though and the food was good too. But due to the atrocious service, i would not recommend this place. Plus of the owner cares about their and their hotel's image, the manager there, Ajay or something similar, i dont remember his name now, should be removed from this role of hotel hospitality. Handling such a sensitive position of being the hotel's frontman should be given to someone who knows how to deal with clients respectfully and patiently. (Extremely important and mandatory skill in someone working in hospitality) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ONLY BECAUSE OF ITS SERVICE. THATS HOW TERRIBLE IT IS.

Room is nice but management is very bad. They are changing our room category as we booked. Very bad service and food. Even they changed for coffee instead of tea. Horrible experience. Please don’t visit this hotel in kazo. They don’t give basic needs things. Manager is cheater. -5/5
