Worst experience ever had as after booking also the hotel person denied to give the room. Asking if you not paid in advance on Agoda or half so I won't provide you room. After that mentioning if you had paid alao I won't give the room. Very rudely the hotel person. Forcing me to cancel the booking as he mentioning that he has to pay the penalty as I reached to the property. I literally won't recommend this property to anyone. Better choose other property. On Agoda there wasn't pre payment option available maybe company know about this property too. Otherwise I booked many properties from Agoda always get payment option and I always pay before only.

Hotel location is far off from the main highway and in the middle of the city. Hotel owner was drunk, room had dirty sheets and carpet. Bathroom taps were leaking.No TV, wifi. Owner was unwelcoming and was pressuring us to empty the room much earlier than 11AM.

Room shown while booking and the one alloted was totally different and small. The washroom was not properly maintained and cleaned. Giving 2* for the staff who informed about the owner's behaviour and as well suggested to have food from outside as they charge hell lot for their food services and the quality is also not upto mark.

The hotel staff is very decent. Whenever I travel anywhere the only thing bothers me is the washrooms. Washrooms should be clean. I enjoyed staying here. The room and clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. You can stay here. U married couples are also aloud 👍.

Rooms are old but well maintained and at a affordable price...but staff is not friendly...and they didn't allow bonfire after 9pm

Worst hotel i have ever seen. We booked super deluxe room but the owner provide us simple basic room. When asked he complained. Some points to remember ° They don't provide heater in the rooms. ° No dustbins in room. ° No soaps and towel. ° Drinking water was also not there. ° No bucket and mug in washroom. The owner is also very rude and shouts when complained. The only thing we need in hotel is privacy and neat and clean toilets but everything was missing there. The only good thing in this hotel was outside view...
