Awesome hotel. Staff was friendly and treated us like kings. Love the atmosphere it was fully surrounded by apple trees. They help you with everything u ask for. Best hotel i have ever stayed. Food taste was awesome. Loved the food and tea they served. Recommended 100%.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. every kind of facility and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the entire stay, he was very helpful and polite. Frankly we had a wonderful time with the family

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful hotel. Staff is very cooperative and so is the manager. Frankly it is home away from home. Staff goes out of the way to help. Wonderful location too. Sworn to fun...second to none

To be honest, I had such a great time with my family in this hotel. Mr.krithik Sharma and Mr.Anu also guided us to visit a famous river. Such a great place to stay with your family and friends and the view was awesome enough for us to see the first sight of snow😍. Loved the food sooo much, the taste of the food there was priceless, No words can literally describe them. We had some trouble with the food since we didn't like it anywhere but it was great in the hotel. The staff was kind and talked decently. But the only part that I didn't like, was the room, the room was too cold for us people,who come from Chennai. We are not used to that weather, so it was too much to take and we had to purchase a heater for ₹300 per night. I think they should have provided the heater along the room for people like us. That was the only disturbing part while we stayed there. If you are from a cold place and you are used to this weather, you can stay here that's all. Apart from that it was a great hotel😊.

Hotel is good. But food price is too high. Two pieces egg curry 399/-. This is not acceptable,which is not posted in their menu card. And in the room gate their is no lock system anyone can come in the room any time.
