Avani Villa Hotel

Location is good ,the view of river from the hotel is amazing and peaceful , food was delicious and the large variety is available and special thanks to Mr. Shkakar the manager is very humble and very polite , overall experience was good.

Service is good and staff is cooperative but the manager is behaving rood some times and ignore children if they say some thing about cleaning I am currently staying in the hotel is my biggest mistake and the food which is left day before is served to us and no spice in the food Chappati is thick and mix with maida I strongly support the reviews with one star We don't recommend the hotel to stay far better hotels are there in Manali

Rooms were not cleaned properly when asked to clean they asked us to adjust the way it is. Beautiful property but poor cleaning service

Hotel is not also good. Hotel manager behavior is very rude. Service is very slowly. Hotel menegement is very careless about food. Food is very Unhigening.

No proper road No proper welcome No water in room No proper curtains as well Rooms are visible from outside people can pickin and see what you guys are doing and thats pathetic I have never seen such a worst hospitality Imagine we have booked there rooms well in advance 1).We have to take our own luggage to the rooms 2)manger told me I they don't know we are checking in today thought you are checking in Tommorow and we booked 2 rooms imagine in this chilly weather where would we have gone for another hotel with 2.5 years old kid 4)No hot water . 3)no towels and soaps they don't have proper management. 4)I request to the owner if you want your hard earned money to be wasted continue with this management 5)They will not take you to anywhere but in the river in front . 6)We come Manali to enjoy the nature but guys made it worst 7) I will never ever recommend anyone to come here untill and unless the owner takes full responsibility and runs hotel as per hotel standards. Owners only respons when they receive 5 star rating otherswise owner don't even give a look .

5/5 stars! Exceptional stay at Avni villa hotel! The room was immaculate, spacious. But the real showstopper was the breathtaking view from the balcony - absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!

Worst behaviour by the staffs. No hot water. Location too so remote. Staffs were drunken. Door not locking. When asked about all this, they tell has to vacate immediately in the cold hours. Food is also not good.

What a hotel...osm 10/10.....shanker manager is vry coprative....location is vry perfect.....must visit once
