Hindu customers should stay away from this hotel. Poor Hotel with poor ambience and poor staff and poor mentality owner. They see customers as money making machine. They will not provide water also. For taking water, u need to come २ floor down and take water from their restaurant. Don't book any adventure service through this hotel as they will charge hefty commission and sell u at १००% higher. Their reviews in Google seems to be fake as maximum reviews are given by Muslims. Hotel owner seems to be Muslims.

Very poor managent. This hotel is having secret charges and they will open their mouth at the time of check out. Don't book this kind of hotel and don't take any of their services for Rohtang Pass or any sport activity. They will make money by charging u more as their heavy commission. They will not give u water or any soap or any thing. Rooms are not maintained properly. Either it is old property or made out of materials which are second hand in nature. Not good property and not good management and staff.

Don't book your rooms in this hotel. I have very bad experience with this hotel ever in my life. They even don't provide bathroom shampoos, bucket and soaps. Also ask for mineral water charge which must be free like other hotels. They are just making money. This seems to be hotel owned by Muslims so Hindus need to take care before staying in this hotel.

A great experience, well behaved staffs very humble owner. Excellent food, good location Loved it. Rooms were well maintained, amenities could be little improved. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice nd comfort stay in Manali. I would rate it 4.5/5.

Poor Hotel managed by poorly trained staff and management. Not good rooms, poor conditioned beds, poor illumination.. in nutshell everything was poor. Guest should ask their travel agents not to book this hotel. Travel agents should not push their good customers to stay in this kind of poorly managed hotel. No water available. They will courtesy for customers. Hotel seems to be owned by Muslims. Their maximum reviews are given by Muslim customers which are fooling to other customers. Particularly.. Hidus should.take care.

The Hotel owner and staff do not have manners to behave properly with Customer. Very poor on services.. they will never attend u themselves. There is no water, no soaps, no shampoo.. no basic amenities will be provided to customer. They will even miss on water buckets. Even Geasers are also not working properly. At the time of check out, they will try to charge u extra. By saying water charges etc.. they will make money by charging u high on water bottles. Please do not take their services for Rohtang Taxi services. In market it is available at 8k to 10k for tempo traveller for 12 people. These guys will charge u 15k and make extra money their also. So at end, don't stay here. Not professional people at all.
