Hotel Silvermoon Manali

The stay offered good value for money, we visited as a group. While some guests in other rooms mentioned issues like broken windows, my room was in good condition. I had to pay an additional ₹500 for the heater, but the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The food provided was good, and the service was commendable. However, the common wash area near the reception was disappointing and could use significant improvement.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were ok affordable. But the services are excellent. We had breakfast & dinner for 3 days & they served us the best food throughout the stay. One can definitely get very good stay at hotel. Receptionist & the cook are very friendly & polite.

Hotel stay was excellent, service of Mr. Dipak Sharma excellent and co operation very good Food quality and preparation also very good. One can definitely get very good stay at hotel.

Fraud Alert :- If anyone from All India Tour and Travel company is saying that they will give you this hotel then understand that it's a fraud. They will put you in 'Hotel Manali Dreams'. This agency (i.e. All India Tour and Travel) is absolute fraud. Protect yourself & your family from it. Do not take travel package from this travel agency.

This place is amazing. But let me tell you one thing that the service they provide is way more precious than they charge. I really loved every thing about the hotel and their staffs. 💓💓💓

People are very helpful. Rooms are clean and in good condition. Additionally, it is close to all major tourist sites. Food is served hot and is delicious. Jain food is also very tasty and is available. Overall great service, 9.5/10
