La Serene Valley by DLS Hotels

I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Serene, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with modern decor that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with amenities such as a comfortable bed, plush linens, a large TV, and a mini-fridge. The attention to detail in the room’s design made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. The front desk was efficient during check-in and check-out, and the concierge offered excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The hotel’s dining options were also impressive, with a delicious breakfast buffet and a restaurant that serves a variety of high-quality dishes. I also appreciated the gym and spa facilities, which were clean and well-maintained, offering a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Amazing view with clean rooms . Love the hospitality we have got ,There food is also very good .Nice place to stay with family and friends. Service and location is very good and beautiful.We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a memorable time at DLS La Serene Manali. Food was excellent and rooms were top notch. Professional staffs and highly recommend to stay here.

Stay and food was very good. The staffs are very good. | I would recommend this hotel for stay in manal|Very beautiful place to stay in manali. Complimentary breakfast andd dinnner had lot of options to choose. Only the room heater was missing .

The rooms are good with all the amenities. The toilets are clean. Views from the hotel rooms(super deluxe room 404 where I stayed) was good. It has a balcony also. You can access the common terrace as well. The service is satisfactory but could have been better also. The location is safe, secure and pleasant but it is 2+ kms away from the mall road. So, you need to have your communication ready for travelling from here. Overall, good experience, but could have been better. The food options are less in the buffet associated with the stay. Note: They do not allow you to dry your cloths in balcony and will ask for charges 40/50/- for drying each of your clothes.

The hospitality was good and appreciated. Food and Beverages were good.Room where clean neat food was good.overall expxeince was good.need to provide cab till mall road for guest as place is around 5 mints from the mall road staf behaviour was nice and was providing all things we ask s.would be nice if they improve

Property is very lurious and the experience they offered was awesome. Food was very tasty and the staff behaviour was very helpful. They offered instant room service with helping nature for the peoples. We recommend everyone to stay in this hotel for once.
