Manali Castle offers stunning views and a great location! While the room service might occasionally take a little time, the friendly staff more than makes up for it. There can sometimes be minor electricity issues, but considering the affordable price for such a scenic stay, it’s well worth it. The hotel is situated in a prime spot in Manali, making it easy to find delicious street food right across the road. It’s also close to the New Snowbird area, adding to its convenience. Overall, a great budget-friendly option for travelers looking to explore Manali!

Our stay here was great. It was one of the cheapest hotels we could locate close to the city centre, and considering this is was clean, we had a nice room and the service was amazing. We’ve stayed here twice, and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Manali! Incredible value for money, which is difficult to find in India.

Our experience with the hotel service was pathetic. The hotel people don’t respond when you call to the reception. We kept calling the receptionist to send someone to pick our luggage to check out but no one responded for 15 mins. Finally we had to come down only to find that there was no one there. The receptionist was chilling outside and came inside after 10 mins. We were super late for our bus. Finally after a wait of 20-25 mins we were able to check out. We had requested the receptionist to book a cab from the hotel to bus stand. After our check out we figured out that he had informed some wrong timing of the bus to the taxi driver. Finally with a lot of hustle we booked a cab and reached the bus stand just when the bus was about to leave. The hotel people are not at all reliable for any kind of request you make to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone.

Very good hotel. Specially food. Very tasty food . Cook is great. All staff were very good, polite and supportive . Manager is great. I love this hotel. Clean and well maintained. Suggest only to keep watch on bathroom acceseries. It should be maintained regularly.
