We came to celebrate birthday We ask for room decoration they did only bed flower & with small cake & they said they will give candle light dinner they want to us to sit & eat on floor because in room broken glass table We ask for tv on they are telling there is remote is not working If u planing to coming this property please think before your coming Very bad experience

Never go this hotel Very bad service, even they are not providing basic things like towel soap waste bin etc. And the food quality also not good Please go somewhere else in Manali

The most beautiful view from hotel in Manali. The infrastructure is awesome with very neat and clean rooms. The food is very tasty and very hygienic, it seems as like u are eating at home , so homely food and highly nutritious menu of breakfast and dinner.. the owner and staff of hotel is like second home, so caring, always ready to help, kind behaviour and excellent hospitality... I will really miss this place and definitely visit again this hotel and its people...

Great hotel. Fantastic service The accommodation was immaculate, quite roomy, and equipped with everything we needed, especially a wonderful view of the mountains. There were lots of options and a nice breakfast. Not only were the staff members at reception incredibly helpful with check-in and check-out, but they also provided directions to several locations. It's at a wonderful location—close to the Central bus station. I would absolutely stay again if I returned to Manali and would suggest it to friends. A special thank you to Mr. Sanju and Mr. Manish, the hotel staff member who was incredibly helpful and always had a smile on his face. If you want the best view of the Manali mountains, I would suggest staying at this hotel.

Excellent hotel with all services at pin point is available... One of the best hotel in Manali.. the entire core team is at best and excellent hospitality... The essential places of manali are at just waking distance.. awesome view from the room and food is excellent... Must to visit this place in Manali. So hygiene and amazing place in Manali... thank you royal hill hotel for making our vacation beautiful and lovely...

It was wonderful staying there. Best rooms, great food and very friendly staff. The snow covered peaks views from the room once you open the curtain are awe inspiring.
