🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Very very bad service, shortage of food, provide broken heater, manager not going to help you. 1. They provide 10 years old broken room heater and charge 500 per night. But the heater not increase room temperature just 1degree. Their room electric plug is broken and not works. So I am not able to use the heater but they still charge me. The manager not help me to solve this solution. They are not professional. 2. In complementary breakfast and dinner they not provide enough food, so if you go late then you not get any food. 3. Manager is not helpfull. He cannot solve your issue related to service and room facility. 4.Mall road market is too far from here. You have to walk 1.8km from the hotel. Don't ever never book this hotel. Not spend any peny on this hotel.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬

What an amazing experience, we were a group of 15 and had stayed here for two days, it was really good, the location, the rooms with full of basic amenities, view from hotel is so mesmerizing, surrounded by mountains, food was also good. Staff was polite and well behaved, especially Hotel manager Suresh. He really assisted us so well with everything, checkin to checkout. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good peaceful budget stay in manali.

I stayed at this location in December, room was clean,hygiene and eco-friendly. Hotel staff behavior was very polite and friendly. Review from balcony was very awesome,quality of food was also good as compared market dhaba food corner.

Hi, We stayed in this hotel for 3 days in the first week of November and we had an amazing experience in this hotel and Very kind nature Manager & Staff and Food are very tasty and Hotel Management was too good and Rooms are also cleaned and the balcony View was lovely and I really recommend everyone ….if they are planning for manali so stay in this HOTEL OCEAN BLUE….we had a great stay here…they deserve 5/5
