The Genial Mount, Manali

Delightful stay with their excellent service and luxury. The grandeur of the architectural design is awe-inspiring and adds to the charm of the overall ambience. The staff are hospitable, warm and always ready to assist, contributing to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The food, particularly at the restaurant, is remarkably delicious. Day or night, the view of the mountains through room balcony is a sight to behold. Overall, a highly satisfying experience. The Genial mount, Manali is indeed a composed symphony of an excellent stay.

Best experience with The Genial Mount Manali we travel as a family with five couple's in December experience was really exceptionally good 1)Excellent food!!! we opted for Dinner and Breakfast. Premium experience exceeded our expectations!!. 2)Super courteous and extremely helpful staff!!! They are always ready to support you. 3)AMAZING view of the mountains in the morning from the balconies of Rohtang view Room. And lights of manali in the evening view of whole manali .Roof top Cafe was also amazing with 360 view of Manali. 4) Loveley interiors of woodens that makes closed to the nature . Regularly cleaned and well maintained. BEST of all is OUTSTANDING value of money!.

The 2 nights stay was very amazing. The hotel is up to the mark. Very supporting and approachable staff. Food was also good and prices was very normal. Our kids also loved the property and were not ready to checkout. 100% recommended property.

I had an amazing experience at The Genial Mount Manali! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly cooperative and friendly. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, making the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended

Genial holiday Club are fraudsters. They manipulate customers into purchasing their plan and then they never respond when you try to book your vacation with them. I've never stayed at this hotel so don't know about their hospitality. I'm talking about the Genial holiday Club from whom we purchased a plan in this hotel premises and our money got wasted. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PLANS. PLEASE.

We stayed here via the GoLife vacations and we gotta say ; the service, the room quality and the overall experience is a true 5/5. We rode across Himachal and couldn’t have asked for a better stay to relax back at Manali. The showers never run out of hot water, the hygiene is top notch and the food is fab too. Very impressive service and location isn’t far away from Mall Road (1.5 kms from the bus stop and Mall Road) We got the balcony room with a fab view. They have a beautiful rooftop as well to unwind and look over the city.

Had a fantastic stay at Genial Mount in their Rohtang View room. The view was stunning ,cozy and well-equipped. Large balcony with awesome view . The food was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manali!
