Mountain Top Hotel In Manali

This is my second stay here, and this time I booked 3 rooms as I’m traveling with my family. Unfortunately, I’m regretting my decision to book here because the rooms allocated to us are in poor condition. The bedsheets were dirty and had a lot of marks on them. When I asked for them to be changed, they replaced the sheets, but the mattress condition was even worse. The TVs in all three rooms are not working. A staff member came to repair them and spent almost 20-25 minutes in each room, but the issue remains unresolved. I paid nearly 9-10k for 3 rooms, yet no complimentary breakfast was provided. The service this time is pathetic. My first stay here, two years ago, was much better. The rooms had mats, heaters, and a nice view. This time, despite paying a higher price than my previous visit, the service has been disappointing.. Not recommend

Rooms were Good and Clean, Yes there was no AC but who needs a A/C on cold weather and whats the point of Going Manali in summer? Altough there location was a gem, had a great view from terrace (image attached) and thier food was good with quality and quantity. Only points deducted for the lift and no room heater. Over all it was budget friendly and it was worth it.

We have been placed in this Mountain Top hotel in Manali by Color Stays. This hotel is located far away from Manali near Hadimba temple. They charge 4 star rates but service is not even one star. The rooms are stinking. There is no lift in the hotel and you have to walk with your baggage to the third floor where room gets allocated. There are no coffee/tea/whitener sachets or water bottles in the room. The linen is washed a month back especially the stinking smell out of it. The Hotel reception doesnt have dental kit or shaving kits even on payment and there is no departmental store nearby. Hotel service is very bad and food is average. The yellow dal chawal is good and its served hot. Breakfast is okay Service by hotel staff is very hopeless. No one comes to pick bag during checkout. The only positive point is there is terrace garden where newly weds can take a couple of pics Strictly do not advise this hotel. No value for money.

Pros: 1. Room was really good. 2. Food was amazing. 3. Quick service. Cons: 1. Lack of exhaust fan in bathroom lead to a bad odour. 2. No toiletries provided. 3. No tea/ coffee sachets provided. 4. Dining table cloths were always dirty. 5. Hotel's neighbours cause a lot of ruckus at night. 6. No lift. 7. No laundry service. 8. Worn out, unclean blanket provided. 9. TV did not work. 10. Only 1 pair of slippers was provided. Suggestions: Please fire your existing housekeeping and hire someone who actually knows how to clean a room. Install exhaust fans. Get atleast one elevator. Start providing toiletries.

Hotel is amazing. Location is near to main spots of manali. Food and hospitality is really nice loved the stay. Room is neat and clean.

Carefully check provided amenities before booking. No lift, no AC/heater, no complimentary tea+coffee+sugar pouches. I stayed there for two nights. Worst housekeeping and room service ever experienced. Pillow cover not available for changing, white bedsheet having different shades on it due to bleach as they said. Food available in their restaurant, cost like 5 star, taste like a 3 star with very small quantities. 2 km hiking to find a good restaurant. Can't use car because of traffic jam most of the times. Last hotel on the top of Mountain. Traffic jam and ~2 km steep ramp/steps to reach the hotel from mall road accompanied by heavy traffic jam most of the times during the day. You need to remind them atleast 3-5 times for what you need in your room, so 1 hour wait. You don't get ordered items many a time. My experience; chilled soft drink not available, water bottle not arrived, dental kit not available, bathing kit after after 1-2 hours many reminders daily. When you have such a bad experience, you cannot note each one in the series.

I just visited mountain top hotel in Manali, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, special thanks for Pawan thakur Who made us visit the hotel property and I would love to visit again.

My experience of the stay was terrible. I was given the one of the rooms on the topmost floor. The stay was blighted with several issues 1) the room on the top floor has no fan. It gets very hot in the sunlight during the day 2) the tap in the washroom for hot/ cold water was broken and even in repeated requests, no one came fix it 3) there is constant nuisance outside til late in the night 4) the parking is limited and it took half an hour on the subsequent day to clear the path for the car 5) the food quality is average at best 6) the only good thing is the location which is very close to the hadimba temple .
