I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. The service was abysmal, with staff members seemingly indifferent to guests' needs. To make matters worse, there were prolonged power cuts during my stay, leaving me in the dark and without essential amenities. The rooms themselves were in a deplorable state, with shabby furnishings and inadequate cleanliness. I would strongly advise against staying here if you value a comfortable and enjoyable hotel experience. My stay at this hotel was further marred by the absence of a backup generator. The power cut lasted for an astonishing 25 hours or more, leaving guests in a state of complete discomfort and inconvenience. It's utterly unacceptable for a hotel not to have a backup power source, especially in regions prone to such outages. This experience only added to the long list of grievances I had during my stay. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to reconsider choosing this establishment for your accommodation needs.

Hotel is very nice good interior Staff is very cooperative Room design is awesome If u want to eat anything call to reception and provide food within 10-15 min Balcony view is so amazing all mirror balcony Bed is so comfortable Hygiene restroom Gyser available Reasonable room price Comfortable and warm rooms Hifi hotel and restaurant

Good stay.. Clean and elegant room with balcony(mountain View) Fast room service. Supportive staff. Heater @400 @600 Geyser Hot drinking water Double bed with best quality matress. Coffee table with 2 chair Mirror in room also Wardrobe All these at only @999 Dislike Food menu costly

I had booked three rooms in the month of August, 2016 for a night. It was off season. It is newly constructed with all modern amenities. The rooms and attached toilets are spacious. It has a good restaurant with excellent room service. Front rooms have private balcony, but back rooms have not. Major drawback of the hotel is its location. It was located 500 met away from the mall and local taxi stand. It is the last hotel at the end of the lane. So it is hard to carry luggage. The hotel provides you free car service for carrying luggage.

Had a great stay! What I loved the most was their service. I did not hear a NO for anything I asked for. Always ready to help and available at your service. Location is great. It is located very near to mall road. Parking is available. Breakfast options were limited but taste was good and yes, served with love. Rooms are spacious enough with all amenities. Value for money. I recommend this property.
