extremely dirty rooms, unprofessional staff, poor customer service, faulty amenities, noisy environment, inadequate cleanliness, outdated decor, unresponsive management, issues with check-in/check-out process, bad food quality, location problems, and lack of basic amenities; I was wasting my money and time stayed there

If there is any negative star I will give that Google please give red star row too for giving bad reviews No Etiquettes in staffs, they will give a feeling of like they are giving you room for free hotel customer p ehsaan Kerry ho.. In the package they are saying giving three balcony room when we reached hotel they are saying no balcony room available the agent and owner saying that compromise krlijiye or kheta dusre rooms vo 5 km hai or vo gande hai Manali mall road S jitna bolu utna kum

Horrible service geyser is there but they won't give power for it and says it's on timings basis and doesn't on also on timely manner we should keep on asking. In this place definitely we need hot water 24 hrs. I would recommend not to prefer this hotel and cleanliness of the room also not good..

Staff is having no etiquettes. No proper lighting in rooms and hotel staff don't listen to u. Some rooms don't have telephone to call to room service. Frequent short circuit in room is common. The reception guy is pathetic, has no manners. Please dont go to this hotel.

Hotel location is easy to reach. Room and bathroom neat n clean. 24hrs hot water. Linens were neat. Food price is very reasonable. Staff is very professional. Room are clean and well maintained.. I recommend this hotel 😃😃

Most unhygienic, unsupportive and idiotic staff with unsafe location. 3rd class services with no basic amenities. Go to any other hotel but not this one......it's toxic

I stayed here for more than 15 days ….. it was an amazing experience with well trained and humble staff and very cooperative owner !! It was really amazing experience!
