Worst. Worst . Worst . Believe me or not , this was my worst experience.. room service was not provided.. 70% time.. no electricity... Washroom was not at all clean...the tap of the sink was broken... And no electricity.. so no use of geyser as well in this chilli minus temperature ... Door lock was not working properly, .. room heater also charged extra money , ... Overall below average. But at the reception , there was a fire place using coal and wood.. that was quite welcoming.. I loved that.... But no hospitality at all

Hotel is okay okay, we were there for 3 days stay, overall it was fine, the owner was asking for 2500₹ for one day we bargained and we paid 2000₹, room is fine for two people but not for three. Geyser is very low power one, it takes half an hour for water to warm infact lukeworm. If you are low on budget, this might be a good one but otherwise there are better hotels out there. They also offer a package of 3 days for which they were asking for a charge of 3K per person but we hadn't taken it, so no idea about the quality of the package, but yes we had tried the food included in the package one night, they had charged us 200₹ for that, the food quality was decent and it was unlimited. Pros: 1. Good Location 2. Budget friendly Cons: 1. Geyser issue 2. Service not so good 3. WiFi not working

So I visited the hotel and the reception boy was not at all cordial. He offered us the room at 1800 which was fine okay but when we asked for the room heater, he had asked us to pay 600 just for a night whereas it only cost 100 to 200 but he did not agree. And on the top of all, we got the washroom in untidy condition and when we asked for the housekeeping, the receptionist said that now it's night time, no staff is available, and he had given us one cloth and asked us to clean by our own self. It was ridiculous and pathetic experience. Never ever recommend anyone to visit this hotel.

Worst behaviour of staff, don't go to this hotel. They will pick you up for 50 rs from the bus stand & then give you Scammy packages which are very high compared to the market.

No room cleaning during our stay 15 to 18 July 2024, T V recharge not done after so many times informed to reception. Same Breakfast repeat after next day. Staff behaviour not good. Not recommended.

Just waste of money, avoid their package which is waste time & money. Hot water is not provided fake promises. Once money paid then behaviour changes. Look for other options & enjoy vacation. Don't spoil your vacation by staying in this hotel. Loot rahe kaise b kare k package etc just waste of time & money. They will recommend bus don't book it. Driver will take to most expensive shop for clothes, activities etc so he will get his commission. Just loot rahe h ye log. Avoid them simple.

Very good budget hotel. Well maintained rooms, courteous staff and impeccable views from the terrace and balcony. It's also close to Mall Road, Monastery and other key attractions in Manali. Highly Recommended.

Rooms are hopeless not proper cleaned Beedsheet are so dirty , safoocated smell in room False commitment ( No hot water in room ) Staff behavior is so rude Not providing proper service . Hopeless service . Please don't go through this hotel
