Lovely Hotel overlooking the apple orchard, all rooms face the hills. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was very modern, all amenities. Hotel premises are very nice. The Restaurant down by ,which specializes in all kind of food was great. Good quality food and good staff/waiters

In manali, especially as am a Indian from south. Food is most important need for us. Rooms are clean and better than many hotels at 3000 rs budget,but the closet was leaking, food was very bad that we couldn't dare to eat. 2 days with breakfast and dinner booking we felt so bad. For babies,glass of milk costed ₹100.,which is too much! Service people was also not kind. Better go to another hotel for this rate!

Rooms were clean. View from the balcony was amazing😍. Food was nice and staff was also very friendly. Overall nice experience. Would love to stay there again.🥰😌

How you were always ready in handling immediate challenges from clients in regards of provide some out of the course food or arrangements. Altogether less than 1 star. Room Service was pathetic, Ppl were unprofessional, food was disgusting no proper hot water facility, morning had asked for towels & tea which they couldn't provide, we had to go down & have it. The towels dint turned up Rooms are good & the location is also good. All in all had a bad experience.

Very bed behaviour of staff , Room service very bad , Thes supply expired Cold drink, Very bad experience of this hotel, No hot water facility in rooms , Daily Flush not work 12 am to 6 am ,they ask change our time to goto washroom,
