The Tranquil Inn

3 star hotel with 4 star view from the room and 4 star service. Thankfully we came during the off season months hence we got the rooms at economical price and personalized room service. We were allotted rooms on the 2nd floor, which has uninterrupted view of the beautiful mountains. No need of fan as the weather is hovering around 15° even during off season. The room service is prompt and chef prepares yummylicios food as per your taste. Overall amazing experience, would highly recommend to consider this hotel.

Nice hotel near to mountains. Calm place to stay and away from hustle bustle of city. Can enjoy nature as well. Loved it

Sharing you my experience. 1) No lift available if you are offered a room on the top floors. Especially, not advisable for senior citizens. 2) There were no slippers in the room. After requesting them them we were offered 1 pair of slipper. 3) Bottled Water is chargeable, so alternate option is RO water. 4) I lost my t-shirt and reported the same to the reception. I told them to check on CCTV, but they were hardly interested in this case. 5) Towels were not changed and when changed, in return they gave me only 1 towel for 2 persons. 6) Mattress were not comfortable. Food was good. View from the hotel is good. Parking area is available.

Bas location. They say it is very close to the Mall Road but it is very far away. The facilities and amenities are the worst I have ever seen. They claim it has a very nice river view. But it is not. There is no good view at all

We have stayed here from past 3 days. Worst experience. Don’t ever opt for this. 1. No lift 2. No hot water, everyday you have to request for it and it takes minimum half an hour for one bucket. 3. No wash basin in dining area. You have to come to your room to wash your hand. 4. They will not change the bed sheet on request basis as well. You have to sleep on the same bed sheet for any number of days you stay there. 5. No toilet paper in bath room, you have to wait for an hour to get toilet paper. 6. No bottle water. They will give water in some random bottle. 7. Breakfast even worst. They can give boiled egg but they can’t serve omelette in place of boiled egg. 8. We ordered dinner on first day and had stomach upset. Seems like Manager named Sameer has given all these instructions. I spoke to him but he behaves like very innocent as if he doesn’t know anything. Being a manager he must be responsible, but he is of no use. I could see they have almost 15 rooms, out of which I can see 5 rooms only occupied and they don’t have enough staff to support the 5 families also.

They are not providing basic amenities as mentioned in MakeMyTrip. For example, We have TV in room but without setup box. So I requested them for setup box then they removing from other room and attach with my room. They are not proving towels in the room. When I go to the washroom they put used toiletries. This property is far from Mall Road and you don’t have any option to go Main Manali Street without private vehicles.

Enjoyed every moment. Large family suite room with balcony . breathtaking view of snow capped mountains , valley and water falls from the balcony and corridor. Above all Beas flowing river roaring sound . Excellent food , chef made what we demanded. Mr. Rana was on his feet at all times. Remarkable hospitality. They Provided heaters to keep us warm.

Beautiful and mesmerising location with snow covered mountains and waterfall visible from every room. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Highly recommended with family and friends.
